鴕鳥腩肉口感像牛腩肉，肉質較腱肉軟嫩，適合燉煮。來自彰化的鴕鳥採天然放牧飼養，吃牧草不打抗生素，肉質紮實但不緊迫。

產地故事

朱大哥擁有飼養鴕鳥超過20年的經驗。雖然幾乎全年無休，但因鴕鳥、飼養過程非常人道與環保，他仍樂在其中。鴕鳥肉口感類似牛肉、無狂牛病、零脂肪、鐵質含量是牛肉的1.3倍、鋅質是蜆的17倍，生蠔的2倍、蛋白質比很多肉品高、必需胺基酸含量高、多元不飽和脂肪酸含量高，更是美國心臟協會營養指導方針中建議食用之肉類，是非常健康的紅肉，而且骨頭非常硬。朱大哥用心經營，就是為了推廣好肉品讓更多朋友知道。
