產地故事
郭醫師為了保護且支持台灣品種，
與農委會畜產試驗所-恆春分所的楊大哥合作技術轉移台灣黃牛。
他採用放牧飼養的方式，餵養自家牧場栽種的牧草，
包括青割玉米、狼尾草等，再搭配毛豆、馬鈴薯，
還有新鮮啤酒粕作為飼料。
長大的過程中沒有施打任何抗生素、磺胺劑、
生長激素或瘦肉精，確保牛隻自然長成，
並且提供寬敞的半露天式活動空間讓牛隻可以自在行走，曬日光浴，
並在自家的合格屠宰場屠宰、分切。
讓一頭牛從買進、畜養、屠宰、分切到銷售都是透明公開，
全程監督屠宰過程，確保全程無汙染及人道屠宰，
讓消費者安心，並申請產銷履歷驗證，
確保說到做到。

純血黃牛品質保證
產 地：嘉義縣六腳鄉／中埔鄉。
飼養天數：24個月以上。
飼料特色：以無農藥種植的毛豆、狼尾草、青割玉米、
新鮮啤酒粕、馬鈴薯、牛蒡及牧草調配而成。
飼養特色：半露天式的活動空間，
天然無農藥殘留的飼料，沒有施打任何藥劑。
有心保證：屠宰廠符合ISO22000及HACCP。
每隻台灣純血黃牛都經過獸醫屠宰檢查。
每個月都委託SGS進行動物用藥殘留檢測。
具有台灣黃牛飼養場及屠宰廠，全程皆在嘉義生產。
100%國產，不依賴進口肉品。
