澎湖海菜純天然野生，人工採集口感脆甜，
生長於澎湖群島礁岩海岸，
在純天然且無污染野的地方生長，
天氣越寒冷品質越佳，
其盛產期為每年冬季至隔年春季。

採集過程全靠人工以徒手撿拾
或用竹條細網一點一點撈取收集而成，
再經數次海水過濾洗淨去除雜質，
洗淨後的海菜呈現晶瑩剔透感，
清脆鮮甜自然滋味吃過就知道。
