全國第一支無添加低鴕鳥精。
選用台灣人工飼養鴕鳥協會飼養的鴕鳥，
運用肉、筋、骨等部位以陶甕滴製，過
程中不添加水、中藥及其他人工添加物，
歷經8小時的文火提煉製成，
完整保留鴕肉的營養。

產地故事
朱大哥擁有飼養鴕鳥超過20年的經驗，
雖然幾乎全年無休，
但因鴕鳥的飼養過程非常人道與環保，
使他樂在其中。
鴕鳥肉的口感類似牛肉，
無狂牛病、低脂肪、鐵質含量是牛肉的1.3倍、
鋅質是蜆的17倍、生蠔的2倍，
蛋白質比很多肉品高、必需胺基酸含量高、
多元不飽和脂肪酸含量高，
是美國心臟協會營養指導方針中，
建議食用的肉類，是非常健康的紅肉！
而且鴕鳥的骨頭非常硬。

屠宰場獸醫師、有心郭旭英獸醫師的把關。

滴鴕鳥精自行送驗：除了政府把關，
每批的滴鴕鳥精我們都自主送SGS或EUROFIN檢驗是否藥物殘留。
